ADULT CLASSES (2011 - 2012)
Payment Policy :
Payment can only be made at CAO Office and students must bring the receipt to Panther Tennis Academy Office prior to begin his/her classes.
Refund Policy :
Prices and dates include school holidays. Refund must be made within 2 weeks after registration and only 50% of the amount paid can be refunded.
Make-up policy :
Panther Tennis Academy will conduct make-up lesson only when it rains.
Panther Tennis Academy Private Lesson Program
Students who desire more personal attention may elect to take private lessons from the
Academy coaches. By definition, private lessons are one student and one professional.
Semi-private lessons are two students and one professional. Group lessons are 3 or more
students and 1 professional. To register private lesson, please contact us directly by email isb_panthertennis@yahoo.com OR by phone 0896-913913 (Coach Cza).
Cost for Private Lesson
Cancellations:
There is a cancellation policy in effect for all private lessons. Students wanting to cancel their lesson must inform to Panther Tennis Academy directly by email at isb_panthertennis@yahoo.com OR by phone 0896-913913 (Coach Cza) before 12 NOON of each day or they will be billed for the lesson.
** Or contact directly to the coaches if the lesson needs to be cancel with short notice.
Rain ( Private Lesson):
In case of rain,
• No charge if lesson has been conducted no longer than 15 minutes
• Students will be charged for 30 minutes if lesson has been conducted for more than 15 minutes.
• Students will be charged for full hour if lesson has been conducted for more than 30 minutes.
Adult Private Lesson : Adult private lesson will be only after 7PM,
**Each Kid’s progress to upper level is based on ability and performance.***
