Note to Student
This is an note you write to your athlete for times when things get toughest on court. Some of the situations we find our self in during the season develop attitudes and mind sets we carry into the rest of the season. We would love for you to step in to this with us NOT so we can win matches but so we might work together in developing resiliant athletes who are tough, confident, and sucessful. These pressurized moments reveal what we are made of. What do you want to see from your athlete?
Note to Self
This is an note the student writes to themselves before hand in times of stressful situations. Postitive self talk is the foundation for good mental tennis. Whether you talk out loud or to yourself what you say about yourself in most cases ends up being true. Some times we need to remind ourselves what our best self talk sounds like so we can get back on track.
